Prompt & Context Optimisation — Reduce unnecessary tokens by shortening system prompts, removing duplicated instructions, dynamically injecting only relevant context, and using structured prompts rather than repeatedly sending large blocks of text. This is especially important for agentic workflows where context can accumulate rapidly.
Model & Workflow Routing — Don’t use the largest model for every task. Route simple classification, extraction and formatting tasks to smaller/cheaper models, reserving more capable models for complex reasoning. Optimise agent workflows so they make fewer LLM calls and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth between agents.
